Builder’s AI Toolkit
by Werc

Terms

Plain English, no lawyer-speak. This is the deal when you buy The Builder's AI Toolkit.

Last updated 3 August 2026.

What you're buying

You’re buying a set of written prompts and setup guidance for running the office side of a building business. That’s it. It is not software, it is not an app, and it is not a subscription.

You pay $20 once. There are no ongoing fees, no automatic renewals and nothing recurring. We will never charge your card again for this.

Once you’ve paid you get access to your account for as long as we run the product. If we ever shut it down, we’ll give you reasonable notice and a way to keep your prompts.

It runs on Claude, which isn't ours

The toolkit is designed to be used with Claude — an AI product made by Anthropic. You need your own Claude account to use it. The free plan works fine; you don’t pay Anthropic anything to follow our guidance.

Claude is a third-party product. We don’t control it, we don’t run it, and we can’t promise anything about it — not its availability, not its pricing, not what it says back to you. If Anthropic changes how Claude works, or stops offering it, that affects the toolkit and is outside our control.

You’re bound by Anthropic’s own terms when you use Claude. That’s between you and them.

We're not affiliated with Anthropic

Werc is an independent Australian business. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to Anthropic in any way.

“Claude” and “Anthropic” are their trademarks. We only use those names to describe what our prompts are built to work with.

Your account

One account per purchase. Keep your password to yourself and don’t share your login — the toolkit is for you and your business.

You’re responsible for what happens under your account. If you think someone else has got into it, email us at josh@obvitech.com.au.

What you can do with the prompts

Use them in your own business as much as you like, forever. Change them, mix them up, make them yours.

What you can’t do is resell them, republish them, or package them up as your own product or course. That’s the one line.

It's not professional advice

The toolkit helps you get office work done faster. It doesn’t replace your accountant, your lawyer, your building certifier or your insurer. Anything with real money or real risk on it — run it past the right person.

AI gets things wrong sometimes. Read what it writes before it goes out the door. Every quote, contract and client email is still yours.

Keeping it running

We’ll do our best to keep the toolkit up and working, but we can’t promise it’ll never be down. Sometimes things break or need maintenance.

To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or knock-on losses. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law — see our refunds page.

Refunds

Full refund within 14 days if it’s not for you. The details are on the refunds page.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we’ll update this page and the date at the top. We won’t change what you paid — $20 once stays $20 once.

Australian law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the Australian Consumer Law applies to your purchase.

If we ever end up in a dispute we can’t sort out between us, it goes to the courts of New South Wales.
