Short version: we collect what we need to run the toolkit and talk to you about it. We don't sell it to anyone.
Last updated 3 August 2026.
What we collect
When you sign up, you give us:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your mobile number
- Your business name
If you do the setup wizard, we also store the answers you give — your location, what you build, your licence number, contact details, who’s in the business, and anything else you type in. That’s so we can rebuild your master prompt whenever you want it.
We keep a simple record of what you’ve done in the app: when you signed up, when you paid, when you finished setup, which tiles you’ve marked as set up, and when you click through to Ace. No tracking pixels, no ad networks.
Your card details
Payments go through Stripe. Your card details go straight to them — we never see them and we never store them.
What we use it for
Running the product: giving you access, saving your answers, and keeping your setup progress.
Helping you: your mobile is there so we can give you a hand getting set up if you need it.
Talking to you about the toolkit: a welcome email when you buy, and one follow-up a few days later with a tip. We may also contact you about the toolkit itself — changes, problems, that sort of thing.
We don't sell your information
We don’t sell, rent or trade your details to anyone. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone else.
Who else handles it
We use a few services to keep the lights on, and your data passes through them:
- Supabase — stores your account and answers
- Stripe — takes the payment
- Resend — sends the two emails
- Vercel — hosts the website
Some of these store data outside Australia. They’re each bound by their own privacy obligations.
What you type into Claude is separate
Worth being clear about this one. When you paste a prompt into Claude and start chatting, that conversation goes to Anthropic under their terms and privacy policy — not ours.
We never see your Claude chats, your project files, or anything you upload there. We have no access to any of it.
Seeing and changing your details
Your name, business, email and mobile are on the Account page in the app. Your wizard answers come back pre-filled whenever you choose “Redo my setup”.
Getting it deleted
Email josh@obvitech.com.au from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We’ll delete it and everything attached to it — your details, your wizard answers, your progress — within 30 days.
We may need to keep basic payment records for as long as Australian tax law requires. That’s the only exception.
Questions or complaints
Email josh@obvitech.com.au. If you’re not happy with how we’ve handled something, you can take it to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
